If policing is so effective in society, why are crime stats climbing through the roof?
Tiny other issue facing the NYPD: they are considering an awful redesign of their RMPs to some weird green and blue flag design.
They should start trending in the right direction on crime and recruiting before they worry about the graphic design of the vehicles.
