A Mount Dora PD lieutenant under investigation was quietly paid to resign, cleared in state records, and rehired. Now the captain who reported the truth is under fire.
Sickening. Why would we have confidence in the individuals and agencies? Confidence that involves and endangers our freedom, and even our very lives? We constantly hear "just comply, and let the courts sort it out", while possibly being criminally subverted and abused by the officers, DA's, and judges. *('Just comply and go make your case in a court', in the reality of somewhat understandable, but fully unhelpful unconstitutional presumptive guilt, while paying huge sums of money to simply establish that the officer or official was out to order and criminally misrepresenting the facts. As we all well know, that is a very expensive exercise, and is full of built in landmines) Of course, we have the backdrop of the incredibly evil abuse and misuse of the highest law enforcement, public agencies, and judicial entities, against even the President of the United States. Please don't round the wagons into thinking that this diatribe is just personal sour grapes. I have no significant personal experience grudge, but have seen enough meandering and abuse, and even corruption, to make it actually reprehensible to me. Note: I am fully supportive of good government and public safety, and work regularly with officials and officers; however I am fully against bad government and actors, with the optics of systemic hubris of self-serving and even Orwellian nonsense.
GREAT WORK, BROTHER!
Excellent work Roland! Another stain on the Law Enforcement profession. Thank You for your hard work!
Beautifully written and a poignant tale. Only an insider could have documented this coverup. Bravo for your courage. 🙏🏻
